1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and j9app ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the j9app website, mobile interface, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, and payment processing functions (collectively, the "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the j9app platform.

By creating an account on j9app, clicking any "I agree" or "Register" confirmation, or by continuing to use the Services after any revision to these Terms has been published, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the j9app platform.

To register and use a j9app account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. j9app reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any point, and to suspend account access pending verification.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Registrations by corporations, trusts, or other legal entities are not permitted.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling platform, including j9app's own self-exclusion register.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or using a third party's payment method, identity, or funds to fund your j9app account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update that information promptly if it changes.

4. Account Registration and Verification

Registration on j9app requires the provision of a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a unique password, and confirmation of age eligibility. By completing registration, you agree that all information provided is accurate and that you accept these Terms in full.

• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your j9app account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
• j9app may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of your account lifecycle, including but not limited to: before processing a withdrawal request, following an unusual transaction pattern, or as part of routine compliance review.
• Acceptable KYC documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate, together with recent proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months.
• j9app reserves the right to suspend account access pending KYC completion. Funds held in a suspended account will remain intact; however, withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Accounts found to have been registered using false, misleading, or third-party identity information will be permanently closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and balances may be voided in accordance with anti-fraud procedures.

Players are responsible for ensuring their account details remain up to date. j9app accepts no liability for failed transactions, communication failures, or security breaches arising from outdated account information provided by the player.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

j9app supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the j9app platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no upper limit on individual deposits, though j9app may apply transaction limits at its discretion for security or compliance purposes.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your j9app wallet balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to fund the account. j9app does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. j9app reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6 before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Withdrawal of a bonus before the rollover condition is met will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• j9app does not charge any processing fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. Any fees imposed by the player's mobile wallet provider or bank are outside j9app's control and responsibility.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

j9app offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses on first deposit, reload bonuses, free spin promotions, and seasonal offers for events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL season. All bonuses are governed by the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to a player's account only after the qualifying deposit has been confirmed and all bonus activation conditions have been met. j9app does not retroactively credit bonuses for deposits made before a promotion's activation conditions were satisfied.
• All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus will be stated in that promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds must be wagered on the games or game categories specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering on excluded games will not contribute to the rollover requirement.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the normal wagering and withdrawal process.
• j9app reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus credited to a player's account before a promotion is suspended will remain valid subject to the original promotion terms.

Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through arbitrage betting, the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or coordinated bonus farming — will have their bonuses cancelled, accounts suspended, and may be permanently banned from the j9app platform.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self- Exclusion

j9app is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. We provide a suite of tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity and set personal limits. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost and can be activated or adjusted at any time through the account settings panel.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit will be subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time limits: Players may configure maximum session durations. Once the configured session time is reached, the player will be automatically logged out and must wait until the next calendar day to begin a new session.
• Reality checks: Players may enable periodic reminders that display session duration and net wagering position. These notifications appear at intervals chosen by the player.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and cannot be reactivated until the chosen period expires. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. Players experiencing gambling-related distress are encouraged to contact j9app's 24/7 support team immediately.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j9app platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and a permanent ban from the platform. j9app reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to the appropriate authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic device to place bets, access game outcomes in advance, or manipulate game mechanics in any way.
• Colluding with other players, platform staff, or game providers to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to defraud j9app.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account-per-player rule, including by providing identity documents or payment methods for use in a third party's registration.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in published odds, or any technical malfunction to generate profit. Any winnings derived from a verifiable technical error are void and will be reclaimed by j9app.
• Conducting any activity that disrupts the platform's infrastructure, including denial-of-service attacks, unauthorised attempts to access back-end systems, or distribution of malicious software through any channel connected to j9app.

9. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the j9app platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of j9app or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the j9app platform is the exclusive property of j9app and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the j9app platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to resell, reproduce, republish, frame, download, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any j9app content without express written authorisation from j9app.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j9app, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the j9app platform or Services, even if j9app has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

j9app does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. j9app's total cumulative liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments to These Terms

j9app reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, j9app will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the j9app platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. The most recent version of these Terms will always be accessible at j9app.bio/terms-conditions. If you disagree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting j9app's support team.
